Case B - Estimation of LOD/LOQ via paired observations

The XLS sheet below calculates LOD/LOQ (an example is provided in Annex A.2.2 of the above mentioned guide)

You have to:

1. Provide the calibration data

      (x_cal, y-cal) , from 20 (optimal) to 40 (max) data entries;

2. Introduce your paired observations
      minimum of 10 replicates, max of 30;
3. Review the graphs (visual check)
