The XLS sheet below calculates LOD/LOQ (an example is provided in Annex A.2.1 of the above mentioned guide)
You have to:
1. Provide the calibration data
(x_cal, y-cal) , from 20 (optimal) to 40 (max) data entries;
2. Provide your blank results (y_blank)
a minimum of 10 replicates, 20 replicates required by Regulation 657/2002, max of 30 allowed;
3. Review the graphs (visual check)
Note:

You have to type in all values one-by-one, in the yellow cell ONLY.
Your values will not be saved. The spreadsheet will be reset (= all introduced values deleted) each time you leave or refresh this page.
