The XLS sheet below calculates LOD/LOQ (an example is provided in Annex A.2.3 of the above mentioned guide)
You have to:
1. Provide the calibration data
(x_cal, y-cal) , from 20 (optimal) to 40 (max) data entries;
2. Review the graphs (visual check);
3. Confirm the suitability of the concentration range used. (max concentration < 10 *LOQ).
Note:
Microsoft does not allow to copy&paste cells into the online spreadsheet.
You have to type in all values one-by-one, in the yellow cell ONLY.
